Welcome to Luz Bellomo Cuadros. These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of artworks and the contracting of custom commissions. By browsing this site or making a purchase, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms, along with the other published policies that form an integral part of them. 1. Seller Identification The artworks commercialized through this site belong to and are created by Luz Bellomo, a visual artist who operates as a private individual. Products and Services This site offers: * original artworks painted entirely by hand; * paintings created mainly in professional acrylic on 100% cotton canvas; * artworks mounted on high-quality wooden stretchers; * custom commissions created according to specifications agreed upon with each client. Each artwork has characteristics unique to manual artistic work, so there may be minor variations that are part of its handcrafted nature. 3. Catalog Photographs and Information Photographs are taken to accurately represent each artwork. However, colors, textures, and brightness levels may vary depending on the lighting used for the photograph and the settings of each screen or device. The measurements and characteristics indicated in each listing will take precedence over any visual differences arising from digital display. If you need additional information before purchasing, you can request supplementary photographs or make inquiries through our contact channels. 4. Availability of Artworks Original artworks are unique pieces. Once sold, they are no longer available, unless otherwise expressly stated. In the event of a simultaneous sale, an unintentional availability error, or any other circumstance that prevents fulfilling the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and any amount paid will be fully refunded. 5. Prices All prices are expressed in Uruguayan pesos (UYU) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations, unless otherwise expressly stated. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be informed before finalizing the purchase. 6. Order Confirmation The order will be considered accepted when the customer receives the corresponding confirmation from Luz Bellomo Cuadros. Exceptionally, an order may be rejected when there is a manifest error in the published price, an availability problem, or any other circumstance that reasonably prevents its fulfillment. In that case, the customer will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded. 7. Custom Commissions Custom commissions are made exclusively based on the conditions previously agreed upon between the parties, including, among other aspects, measurements, colors, visual references, estimated timeline, and price. Due to their custom nature, these works are also governed by the Custom Commission Policy and the Returns Policy, when applicable. 8. Intellectual Property The purchase of an artwork transfers only the ownership of the physical medium. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the artworks, photographs, images, texts, designs, logos, and other content on the site belong to Luz Bellomo, unless otherwise expressly stated. Reproduction, distribution, printing, publication, transformation, commercial exploitation, or use for training artificial intelligence models, generating derivative works through automated systems, or conducting mass content extraction processes are prohibited without prior written authorization from the rights holder. 9. Shipping and Returns Shipping conditions, delivery, returns, and the exercise of the right of rescission are governed by the respective Shipping Policies and Returns Policy, which form an integral part of these terms. 10. Personal Data Protection The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with applicable Uruguayan regulations. 11. Liability Luz Bellomo Cuadros takes reasonable measures to keep the site information updated and ensure its proper functioning. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and will not be responsible for temporary interruptions, failures of third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect access to the site or compliance with the foreseen timelines. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that Uruguayan legislation recognizes for consumers. 12. Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. In the event of any disagreement related to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties will endeavor to resolve it in good faith through direct communication. If a solution is not reached, the appropriate authorities under applicable Uruguayan regulations will be competent. 13. Modifications These Terms and Conditions may be updated when necessary. Modifications will take effect from their publication on this website and will not affect orders already confirmed, which will continue to be governed by the version in effect at the time of their completion. 14.
